Boston was dreary again this morning. Lots of rain. And cold. Being early made the whole check in process a breeze. I think I’ll search for some food. Getting up at 2 am central time is a killer.
Last day of training. Waiting in the reception area for things to get rolling. Expecting it to be a longer day today, unless there is some kind of miracle. We have a lot of ground to cover!
So far the training has been exactly what I was hoping for! Very happy. Small class, and the instructor isn’t afraid to go “off script”. Always nice when they teach instead of just following the material.
Made it! Had to run to make my connecting flight in Chicago. More dreary weather was waiting for me here in Boston. Ended up driving the 45 minutes from Logan International to Westford at night, in the rain. All’s well that ends well though. Tired and ready for sleep. Tomorrow - IBM training!
3 hour drive to Omaha was boring and uneventful, but the check in process was fast. Security was also a breeze. Even with some winter weather blowing through last night, all of my flights are on schedule! Now I just have to kill an hour and a half while I wait for boarding. Next stop… Midway in Chicago.
Started packing for a week long business trip to Boston. Anna asked that I keep a journal of sorts of my trip. Blowing the dust off this seems like the best way to do that. Here we go…
